Zain Baloch

Head of Strategy

As head of strategy, Zain brings a unique combination of insight and execution to Signify.

He has worked as a consultant with Carnelian for six years. Zain has a background in the learning and development Industry and has a vast experience in youth motivation, training, and public speaking.

He has been a high achiever and is admired for his commitment and dedication to his passion. With his ability to connect with different audiences and stakeholders, Zain has been a key driving force behind the landmark social movement, Together for Tolerance. In addition to this, he led a large-scale engagement drive with the PSL franchise Multan Sultans in 2017-18. His other work includes a project with Shell Pakistan which involved training and consulting with retail staff and dealerships, and behavioral training sessions for Nestle at their Kabirwala plant.

Zain represented Pakistan at the United Nations General Assembly in 2017 and was a part of a Youth Peace Delegation to India. He has completed a residential training program called “Personal Excellence” in South Africa.

Zain is an alumnus of Bahauddin Zakariya University where he earned an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering. He lives in Multan.
