Shireen is regularly invited by clients across Pakistan and abroad for challenging assignments, where her exposure to multi-cultural audiences has enabled her to build a keen understanding of the human psyche. Her focus areas include Personal Development and Visionary Leadership. She delves deeply into the field of Emotional Intelligence and aims to use her conceptual and practical paradigm to build endurance in organizations. She has conducted a variety of leadership, management, team and culture development programs.
Shireen works with senior managers and factory floor staff in the corporate sector; Bureaucrats and Parliamentarians in the Public sector; foreign delegates, expats of donor organizations and NGOs/CBOs in the Social Sector; Vice Chancellors, university/college faculty, heads of schools and teachers and with officers of the Pakistan Navy and Air Force. Shireen is a senior consultant at Carnelian; the Founder and Advisor at School of Leadership (2003), which is well known for its programs for the youth; Trustee of the School of Leadership Foundation; Founder of Amwaj and General Secretary of the Trainers Resource Group. She is a member of the Board of Governors of the Hashoo School of Hospitality. She is closely associated with GDIB (Global Diversity and Inclusion Benchmarks) and with BGRS, with whom she trains expats on cultural attunement.
Shireen holds an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi. She enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures of the world.
